Where are Cubiq World Ingredients Sourced?
We source premium ingredients from boutique growers, and farms in the United States and around the world. Through our practitioner advisors, we have created the best suppliers for each and every ingredient. This means a lot more work for us, but a much better product for you. We taste, test, and evaluate each raw material to ensure it is of the upmost quality, potency and safety standards.
Shipping Details
All orders placed with ship methods, including Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and UPS Ground, will be shipped within 24 business hours from order time. Cubiq World does not ship USPS or UPS on weekends or holidays.
Does Cubiq World ship internationally?
Great news! Yes we do! If you are having troubles just shoot us a note and we will get it taken care of. It depends on the country, but should show if your country is possible when you checkout.
What type of shipping materials do you use?
We try our hardest to use only recycled materials in everything we do. No dies. Our pouches are 100% recyclable and made from post consumer products. Our shipping cushioning is made with 100% recycled and 100% biodegradable cellulose tissue. Our shipping boxes and marketing inserts are made mostly with recycled paper materials. Our shipping box tape is made out of paper. Please recycle and reuse these materials as much as possible!
Do you lab test your products?
All products come with a Certificate of Analysis to ensure we are crafting our products with the finest materials. Additionally we validate all of our products with third party labs to ensure purity and consistency. If you would like to see our results please ask and we will be happy to share them with you.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
In addition to Free Standard Shipping via USPS, we also offer UPS Ground, 2-Day and Next Day Air expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process. All orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 1 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All orders placed placed after 1 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
What if my USPS package shows no movement?
If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.
Can I travel with Cubiq World products?
Yes you can. As always, we do encourage you to check with the laws of your destination.
Are Cubiq World products gluten free?
None of our products contain gluten.
What’s your return and refund policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with Cubiq World, please let us know. We want to make things right but would like to understand your dissatisfaction with our products and experience more. Please email us at support@plantpeople.co for more information. Note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When the product is received, we will process a refund. We will accept returns and refunds for 30 days after purchase. For any international shipments, Cubiq World will not refund if the shipment is lost, or held by customs.
How should I store my Cubiq World products?
We suggest keeping your Cubiq World product in a cool, dark, and dry place. It should last up to 1 year!
Where is Cubiq World’s hemp sourced from? How is it classified?
Cubiq World’s CBD is derived from 100% organic industrial hemp plants. All of our farmers grow in full compliance with the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s industrial hemp program. These plants contain significantly less than 0.3% THC, they are classified as industrial hemp under federal and state law. Cubiq World capsules contain isolate which has 0% THC and is extracted with ethanol and or CO2, the cleanest methods.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please ensure that you login to your Cubiq World account and do so at least 48 hours before your subscription’s renewal date. If your cancellation request is not received within this timeframe, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you will need to wait to cancel your subscription until the next possible date.
